Mission Statement

Open Hand is a non-profit self-defense school which teaches skills to inspire non-violence, respect, self-confidence, leadership and community activism in youth ages 5-13 years old, teen women, and adult women. Open Hand is committed to serving diverse and underserved populations.

Description

Open Hand programs teach young people the skills to promote peaceful solutions to violence and to become violence prevention peer educators.
