Description

Established in 1978 as Parents Anonymous of Southwestern Ohio, the agency has always been committed to child abuse prevention. In an effort to more accurately reflect the scope of our services as well as our significant growth, we changed our name to the Council on Child Abuse of Southern Ohio. The Council does not attempt to duplicate the efforts of protective services. Rather, we focus on primary services which prevent harm to children.
