Description

Syracuse Community Health Center, Inc., is a private, not-for-profit corporation established March 15, 1978, in accordance with Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act, and is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. The Health Center has approximately 400 full- and part-time employees. Health Center staff includes physicians, dentists, nurse midwives, physician assistants, counselors, therapists and other health care providers. The Health Center is one of the top 70 businesses in Syracuse, NY. Annually SCHC serves over 68,000 active users, at twelve different service delivery sites. SCHC Total Care, our comprehensive health services plan, has more than 20,000 enrollees.
