At Goodwill Industries of the Berkshires and Southern Vermont our mission is simple: We provide job training programs that prepare individuals for their first job or for promotions. Donations from the community provide our stores with products to sell. Retail revenue then supports workforce programs that offer job training, education and career services to youth and adults seeking self-sufficiency.
