The whole mission of Goodwill is to help employ people with mental and physic disabilities but speaking from experience I can assure you it not about the people but about money! If they aren't making money, then it doesn't matter how long, who is involved, or what they have to do as long as they make changes to "better" the situation. This company is micro-managed by a woman who doesn't care about the clients but only a dollar! Someone on the board needs to open their eyes and take a long hard look!
