The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) was Established in 1976 as a nonpartisan, nonprofit, public policy, research and educational institute. The CBCF is dedicated to advancing social, economic, and educational equity by ensuring participation of African Americans in all aspects of public policy formulation and development.
