The Building Families Boutique is only a year old program. It is incentive-based for families in Pottawattamie county with children from prenatal through four years of age. Our primary role is to help families better prepare for the overall health and well-being of their young children. The program works by the families receiving points for different activies (i.e. prenatal care, immunizations for their children, taking parenting classes, going to story time at the library, etc) and then they can spend these points at the Boutique which is stocked with an array of infant and toddler items such as clothes, bottles, strollers, car seats, books.
