Mission Statement

The program's mandate is to assist residents and their families to achieve the highest level of quality of life and quality of care. LTC Ombudsmen are advocates for residents that live in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and adult family homes. We supply information about resident rights and available resources, assist with the protection of resident rights, and ensure that residents receive fair treatment from service providers.

Description

We are a federally mandated program that serves long term care residents in King County, WA. We currently have 6 full time staff and 65 volunteers.
