Baltimore's CityCommute program promotes commuter alternatives such as Carpooling/Vanpooling, Public Transit Services, Telework, Bicycling, and Walking. Our objective is to improve the quality of life and help the Baltimore Region reduce congestion and vehicle emissions, and to protect the ozone level by reducing single occupancy vehicle traffic.
