Mission Statement
"The mission of Community Youth Services is to provide a process which empowers local residents organized as community committees to take action aimed at reducing and preventing juvenile delinquency."
Description
A Community based approach to youth services through organization and planning. Groups of community volunteers carry out educational, recreational, and cultural activities beneficial to youth. The Youth programs rely on volunteers for planning and facilitating activities as well as fundraising. One staff person is provided as an advisor.
