Mission Statement

San Francisco Women Artists, founded as a nonprofit in 1925, is an all volunteer organization which promotes established and emerging women in the professional, visual fine arts field in the San Francisco bay area and which also supports arts in education.

San Francisco Women Artists has 80+ members and an elected board of directors. The organization holds monthly juried shows, promotes networking opportunities and produces collaborative events with other nonprofit organizations.
