We partner with low-income Latina women so they can achieve economic prosperity through cooperative business ownership.

Description

Prospera invests in low-income Latinas so they can create cooperative businesses that enable them and their families to thrive. We recruit community-minded, entrepreneurial women and provide them with multi-year training and support so they can cultivate their leadership abilities, grow successful worker-owned businesses, and transform their communities.
