The mission of the Appalachian Arts Craft Center is to promote the Appalachian artist through education/classes and sales in our gallery.

Description

The Appalachian Arts Craft Center has been a community arts center in East Tennessee since 1970 when it started as a program to help crafters make a little extra income from their hand-made crafts. It also provides classes all year long in all types of arts and crafts for children and adults, particularly traditional Appalachian crafts. It has expanded over the years, and now is used by artists and people who support the arts throughout the region.
