El Centro: Cultural, Arts, Education, and Resource Center Founded in 2009, El Centro’s mission is to serve as a hub that promotes and fosters Multi-Cultural Arts, Community Advocacy and Empowerment, Health, and Education for residents of Planada. To implement our mission, El Centro offers educational/health workshops, social justice & community discussions, cultural/art activities, and leadership/advocacy trainings.
