To eliminate barriers to quality health care for the low-income and uninsured residents of Collier County.

Description

PLAN of Collier County is a network of more than 200 volunteer physicians and facilities who provide free medical services (including office visits, surgeries, lab services) to qualified residents of Collier County.

Our staff qualifes residents and then coordinates all free medical services for those who qualify.

In 2009, PLAN received $3.1M in donated medical services during 2400 appointments/procedures for 480 Collier County residents.
