Volunteers Needed SANTA MONICA FESTIVAL 2001 A Celebration Of Our Community Roots Saturday, April 28, 2001 Clover Park 2800 Ocean Park Blvd. The Santa Monica Festival 2001 marks a decade of honoring the many cultures that have shaped Santa Monica's history. Presenting an eclectic array of traditional and contemporary music and dance, an environmental treasure hunt, community organizations, local craft vendors, hands-on workshops, and demonstration. The festival offers volunteers a chance to help out with set-up, workshops, stage and performance assistance, performer greeter or festival break-down. Volunteer shifts are approximately 2 to 3 hours each, and most are scheduled between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm (some begin as early as 7:30 am).
