To improve the quality of life of homeless animals through veterinary care, foster care, humane education, and spay/neuter programs.

Description

The purpose of the Greater Charlotte SPCA is:

  • To rescue animals from life threatening and abusive situations
  • To encourage adoptions from local shelters
  • To rescue, foster and adopt animals from local high-kill shelters, stray animals and owner surrender animals
  • To encourage spay/neuter of companion animals
  • To promote no-kill sheltering
