I was given a tour, completed my app, personally handed it to the volunteer coordinator, made three calls to Carlos, who said he would "get back to me." Gave check to volunteer coordinator, check was cashed...NOBODY every returned my many calls. Apparently this organization does not really want help.

The people there are nice and the work is easy enough for most to try out. Just be aware that you may need to lift heavy objects. If you can't lift heavy objects though, someone will assist you. I enjoyed my time there and will go back when I have time.
