Our Vision

  • Building a new medical campus with an acute care hospital that meets State seismic guidelines and a comprehensive ambulatory care complex supporting innovative clinical and business models.
  • Being a renowned leader in cardiovascular services and building marquee programs in vascular medicine, orthopedics, and spine.
  • Attracting and retaining exceptional physicians through a physician strategy supporting recruitment and retention, managed care contracting, and innovative business models.

Sequoia Hospital has been a part of my community since I was a little girl growing up in Redwood City. I was employed there for years and welcome the opportunity to go back and be a volunteer. There is a warmth that one feels upon entering through the doors of the main entrance. All staff are welcoming and helpful from the emergency room, cafeteria, housekeeping, nurses to the nuclear medicine,radiology and laboratory.
