Mission Statement

The mission of the Colorado Wind Ensemble is to provide opportunities for musicians to create, and audiences to experience, exceptional performances of the unique and varied genres of music for woodwinds, brass, and percussion.

Description

The Colorado Wind Ensemble performs concerts at various locations in the Denver metropolitan area and outreach to various schools. Locations include:

Littleton United Methodist Church, 5894 S. Datura St., Littleton 80120 (a suburb south of central Denver)

King Center for the Performing Arts, 855 Lawrence Way, Denver 80204 (on the Auraria campus near downtown Denver)

Elaine Wolf Theatre, 350 S. Dahlia St., Denver 80246 (in central Denver near Glendale)

Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 S. Allison Pkwy, Lakewood CO 80226 (a suburb west of central Denver)

They were great communicators and gave me great direction. I highly recommend working with them!

Interesting experience. Communication wasn't consistent or detailed, I recommend that the staff makes communication a priority.
