To mentor, inspire, provide skills and business knowledge to dedicated and promising young (13-21) Santa Barbara County artists and arts administrators to empower them to succeed in their future careers.

Description

One on one long term mentorships are arranged with young artist to work with establish professionals in performing, literary, visual, media arts or arts administration. Young artists also work with local business professionals to get the skills needed for their career.
