Description

Lorain County Free Clinic is a volunteer driven organization designed to bridge the gap for people who uninsured 19-65 living in Lorain and eastern Erie counties with health care services. The Free Clinic has four locations in Lorain County-Lorain, South Lorain, Elyria and Oberlin.

Individuals must be uninsured, not eligible for Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance and have a household income at or below 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Level.

Services avaialble include: Medical, Limited Dental, Vision, Pharmaceutical, Lab and Imaging and medical education opportunities for certain chronic conditions.
