Tri-County Human Services, Inc. has been providing substance abuse education, prevention, treatment and aftercare in Polk, Highlands and Hardee Counties for over 35 years. Our CARF accredited, science-based programs have garnered awards in the cities, counties and state we serve. Of special note are our JASA programs, now in four jail locations, providing substance abuse treatment for the incarcerated population. Our programs for pregnant and post-partum women, not only help treat the addicted mothers, but over 80% of babies born in our programs are born drug free. Our Prevention programs target at-risk pre-teens and teens before the issue becomes a social and legal problem. And our dual diagnosis program, one of the few in the state that treats both mental health disabilities as well as substance at the same time, is second to none.
