Mission Statement

People Helping People exists for the purpose of improving the quality of life for adults with disabilities and seniors in the Portland, OR Tri-County area.

Description

People Helping People (PHP) provides comprehensive wrap around services to adults with disabilities and senior citizens.

Through our General Services Division we provide navigation/advocacy/case management services in the areas of social services and medical care systems.

Through our DD Services Division we provide specialized services to adults with developmental disabilities. These services include community inclusion activities, skills training, and specialized supports in the areas of behavior and social/sexual education and training.

Our MEMS program provides short term and long term loans of needed medical equipment to those who are uninsured or under-insured. We also provide medical supplies at no cost. (availability depends on donations received).
