Our mission is to elevate the national consciuosness of caregiving and foster a culture of healthy caregivers impacted by chronic illness through programming, universal access to resources, and behavioral research.

Description

Leeza's Place is "A Place for Caregivers", a community gathering place and resource center for caregivers impacted by chronic or progressive illness.We support all families by connecting caregivers to one another, and by offering individual guidance, information and referrals, as well as a calendar full of programs designed to Educate, Empower & Energize. Leeza's Place by WellMed-PHC will nourish self esteem, relieve symptoms, impart knowledge, educate, reduce stress, promote inclusion, and ultimately improve the quality of life while helping those affected to acquire advocacy, coping and care-related skills.
