Mission Statement
The mission of Tri City Health Partnership (TCHP) is to provide quality health care in an environment of mutual respect to those members of the community without medical benefits. We promote better life choices through education and preventative care to foster growth for the whole individual. Our vision for our community is that every individual living in central Kane County has access to quality health care and health education, regardless of their ability to pay for those services.
Description
The free medical clinic treats both acute and chronic illnesses and provides medications, if available from inventory, to patients of all ages. Staff also assists patients in securing medications for no or low cost through programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. Needed medical testing and therapies are donated by the local hospital. The clinic provides specialty programs for patients with hypertension, diabetes and asthma, which include medication, equipment, education programs, and ongoing medical follow-up to control their conditions. An acupuncture program is held twice a month for those with chronic pain. A dental pilot program is also available for patients of the clinic who have serious dental issues.
The clinic operates Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. -4 p.m.
