Mission Statement

The purpose of the Green Cities Coalition is to promote ecologically, economically and socially healthy cities in El Paso County, for the benefit of present and future residents of the Pikes Peak region. We envision healthy, equitable and sustainable communities, both human and natural.

Description

The Green Cities Coalition is a broad-based alliance of organizations and individuals formed around expanding recycling, renewable energy, public transportation and local food as well as government relations, education and coalition-building. We are developing initiatives in each area as well as around water.

I responded to an e-mail from them requesting my hours of availablility and and areas of interest. I basically said whenever and wherever they needed me. They never wrote back.
