Mission Statement

Einstein Montgomery Hospice endeavors to provide comfort and supportive care to those individuals experiencing a terminal life-limiting illness. The level of care includes clinical management of pain and other terminal symptoms, psychosocial support and spiritual support to the patient and family. MHC&H does not discriminate admission to the hospice program based on race, creed, age, gender or economic status.

Description

Einstein Montgomery Hospice is a community centered healthcare program that provides coordinated care for individuals who are in the last phases of a terminal illness so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible. It is a comprehensive program that offers supportive services in homes or care facilities to meet the varied and changing needs of the patient and family - physical, emotional, social and spiritual.
