Our Mission is to be the leader of end of life care services and a superior resource and advocate for all of our patients, families, caregivers and the communities we serve. We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce that reflects the highest ethical and professional standards of behavior.

Our vision is to establish a local community hospice in all 46 counties in South Carolina. We believe that no one should walk the journey alone. It is our vision to provide outreach and education to the communities we serve so that all residents of South Carolina will understand the services available to them as they reach end of life.
