Mission Statement

The mission of the Interfaith Senior Caregiving Partnership (ISCP) is to promote independence and dignity in South Montgomery County's isolated elderly and disabled residents by addressing issues that affect their quality of life.

Description

ISCP's motto is "Do What You Can, When You Can, for Those Who Can't." In order to remain independent, many South Montgomery County residents need some assistance with the essential acitivities of daily living. ISCP volunteers help by providing free services to residents of ZIP Codes 77380-77386. ISCP provides transportation, companionship, and home management assistance. ISCP is a program of INTERFAITH of The Woodlands.
