Mission Statement

We strive to improve the health and safety of seniors and low income residents in Alameda County by enhancing their quality of life and helping them age at home with dignity.

Description

Our Fall Prevention Program needs volunteers to help deliver exercise classes and educational workshops both in-person and online.

Our Senior Meals Program needs volunteers to help run lunch locations and distribute meals both in-person and pick-up and go.

Our Meals on Wheels Program needs volunteers to pack and deliver meals.

I've volunteered both in the office and at the kitchen and I've enjoyed both. It will keep you very busy and the employees are very friendly and welcoming.
