To maintain and expand the supply of affordable rental housing for low and moderate income individuals and families (including the elderly and the handicapped) in the Burlington County region of southern New Jersey.

Description

MEND is a non-profit, faith-based community housing development organization founded in 1969 by nine Moorestown, NJ churches. MEND develops, finances, builds, manages and maintains affordable rental housing communities in the Burlington County, NJ region. MEND currently owns more than 400 apartment units at 20+ locations in the region. MEND's fundraising arm is a separately incorporated non-profit organization called the Friends of MEND.
