Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) is a nonprofit organization representing its members in pursuit of a remarkable urban experience for all who live, work, play and invest in downtown Little Rock.
DLRP strives to provide leadership in the pursuit of a remarkable urban experience by addressing or advocating for planning, legislation, transportation, economic development and numerous public and private initiatives that strengthen the overall downtown business, cultural/entertainment/recreational, and residential community, and enhance the image of downtown Little Rock.
DLRP also manages the Metrocentre Business Improvement District (BID No. 1) to provide enhanced services for a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant downtown. Additionally, DLRP manages the Pulaski Empowerment Zone (PEZA), a federally designated area offering tax incentives to stimulate business growth and job creation in distressed areas of Pulaski County, including downtown Little Rock.
