MISSION STATEMENT
To help the needy in Port Charlotte & Lee County who are
currently not eligible for government assistance to be housed, fed,
and supported through the private sector with donations in kind, and
to transition them back into society so that they may become
productive members of our community. We attempt to instill in them
the feeling of self-worth and confidence in themselves that has been
lost through the various calamities that have occurred in their lives.
We provide immediate assistance to all while expecting each and
every resident of our program to be actively employed or in the
interim seeking employment. We stress personal responsibility and
all residents are encouraged to develop greater social skills by
interacting with other residents within our program and society at
large. We also house people who would otherwise not have a place
to live but through various government assistance programs have
some income but not enough to sustain an independent residence
