The mission of the Pen Lucy Action Network is to make disciples of Jesus Christ through the promotion of educational, social, and economic development by empowering people, families, and communities for a greater Pen Lucy and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Description

Pen Lucy Action Network (PLAN) is a nonprofit community development corporation committed to working in Pen Lucy and the surrounding neighborhoods in Baltimore, Maryland. PLAN's vision is to glorify Jesus Christ in the Pen Lucy neighborhood by working to correct economic, social and cultural injustices through the empowerment of people, families and community for the redemption of Pen Lucy, its organizations and its people. PLAN pursues this vision through several programs and areas of focus, including The Learning Center tutoring program and the children's sports programs.
