To enrich the quality of life of citizens in the Anderson community.

Beliefs:

We believe that the blight, deterioration, and decline in quality of life that afflicts communities can be reduced.

We believe that these communities can grow and develop in a manner such that all citizens can share in their promise and contribute to improving their quality of life.

We believe that adequate housing and home ownership opportunities will facilitate the quality of life in needy communities.

We believe that human potential can be enhanced nd individual and family sufficiency can be increased through early attention to those afflicted areas.

We believe that these efforts will be successful through citizen participation, community collaboration, service integration, adequate funding, and strategic planning.

We believe that it is our responsibility to share our strength with others.
