Mission Statement

Our purpose is to acquaint the public concerning Lincoln's death, funerals, burial, Tomb construction, and subsequent history. Our volunteers are interested in history and interpreting the Lincoln experience to visitors from all over the world. The benefits to volunteers include working at a historical site with professional staff, and volunteering at the second-most visited cemetery in the U. S.
