Description

Covenant Community Services serves foster children and their families in Kern County to fulfill the biblical mandate of ministering to the fatherless in their time of need. We fulfill this charge as we partner with the local church, the welfare services department, and private and public partners for the development of human and financial resources to provide hope and love to abused and neglected children.
