Description
The Salvation Army St. Louis Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) provides rehabilitation services in a structured, safe, alcoholfree and drug-free setting. The primary purpose is the spiritual regeneration of men. The goal is to stabilize men in a crisis situation, or to interrupt a pattern of extensive or severe substance abuse. During the program, we restore physical, mental and emotional functioning through work therapy. We provide classes and counseling to promote the individuals recognition of a substance abuse problem and its effect on his life. The beneficiaries of our program also develop recovery skills, exit plans, and a support system for continued sobriety andcommunity reintegration.
