Sunrise Children's Foundation

Founded by a small group of men and women in 1993, Sunrise Children's Foundation is dedicated to the betterment of all children. The Foundation offers twelve programs throughout Southern Nevada with the emphasis on pediatric health and education. Our mission statement is "Helping children to fulfill their potential of safe, healthy and educated lives". In order to provide every child with unlimited opportunities we must focus on their health and their education. No one organization can do this alone. Sunrise Children’s Foundation offers an array of programs that complement other service programs. Each year we provide services to more than 200,000 children. At least 50% of the recipients are low income, minority and/or limited English proficient.

Sunrise Children's Foundation has demonstrated excellent growth and management of its services and finances, successfully managing over 4 million dollars per year in federal and state grants, corporate and private donations. Sunrise Children's Foundation is a beacon of stability. Our annual audits are unqualified with no significant findings.

Sunrise Children's Foundation is a beacon of stability. Our CEO has been with the Foundation since 1993 exhibiting true leadership skills. She also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the UNLV School of Education and has been selected one of the 25 Most Notable Women in Southern Nevada.
