Mission Statement

The mission of the SJOA is to promote and improve the quality of life of the elderly in Sierra County, New Mexico. The goal is to ensure the use of all available resources and serve as an advocate of the Sierra County elderly population.

Description

Sierra Joint Office on Aging (SJOA) is a Senior Center. We offer; a mealsite in our Senior Center, a mealsite in Arrey, NM, a mealsite at Hacienda Orgullo, meals on wheels, frozen meals, homemaker service, Foster Grandparent Program, Senior Companion Program, RSVP, notary public, transportation local and out of town and many services that are spread through out the month.
