Altered Feral State, Inc. works in partnership with communities and in collaboration with other organizations to manage feral cat population and reform the current system of animal control by implementing non-lethal outdoor cat management methods

Altered Feral State is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization made up of volunteers dedicated to reducing the feral cat population through the only non-lethal method that is proven to work. That method is known as TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return).
