Mission Statement

To reduce the number of homeless, abandoned and abused animals euthanized in Mercer County, through the power of collaborative coalitions and community alliances.

Description

EASEL is an ALL volunteer rescue group. Our goal is to build a state-of-the-art community no-kill animal center to adopt, rescue, and sterilize as many animals in the greater Mercer County area as possible. Our current programs foster abandoned animals, conduct adoptions in and around Mercer County, and run a TNR program to reduce the feral cat population.

It's a great site to help people know where they can get involved although there should be more opportunities in areas and departments for younger teens. Ages like13-16
