The Northern Star Juvenile Diversion program provides a positive alternative to formal court proceedings for motivated first-time offenders. Through structured activities and community service the program aims to reduce the recidivism rate among these youthful offenders.

Description

The Northern Star Juvenile Diversion program works with first-time offenders, males and females, ages 10-17, to hold them accountable for their crime without the stigma of a criminal record. Youth complete educational classes along with community service.
