Description

Educate volunteers in good horticultural practices and volunteer to do gardening projects and environmental projects for gardening and local farming nonprofits, Urban Agriculture projects and local parks. These include periodic "garden cleanup days," Invasive Plant Removal at local parks, rose prunign at the VA hospitals, and gardening and environmental projects of that nature. Also, long term, we are working on getting a good co-op grocery store in East Palo Alto that will include its own working food garden and it will sell produce from that garden.
