Description

The Decorum Group, Inc. 501(c)(3) nonprofit personal training and development organization located in Clayton County Georgia. We provide workshops, community activities and field trips designed to address the life skills and social development needs of children ages 6 - 19. Our programs address the needs surrounding etiquette, social skills, mentorship, job readiness, entrepreneurship and leadership development. The Decorum Group, Inc. was established help alleviate some of the social ills facing our community today such as low academic performance, teen pregnancy, juvenile delinquency, unemployment and homelessness. We utilize youth development and youth leadership programs to help create positive outcomes in the lives of our children. We provide meaningful programs to empower, encourage, equip and enhance the skills of our children enabling them to maximize their abilities to communicate effectively, work well with others, make sound decisions, solve social problems in a win-win manner, excel academically and behave appropriately in various settings such as school, business and social environments.
