Mission Statement

Triple R Pets is a volunteer-staffed, non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of animals and their human companions through sustained disaster relief services and on-going programs designed to support animal shelters nationwide in their efforts to promote animal welfare.

Description

Triple R Pets is a grass roots effort of volunteers from across the country coming together to provide support for animals during crisis situations. The group was formed in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, when there was a need for ongoing support in the communities of Coastal Mississippi. Since then, Triple R Pets has grown into a national network of volunteers providing foster care, transportation, supplies and donations.

In our home base area in Illinois, Triple R Pets provides comprehensive TNR (trap-neuter-return) programs, combating the Disaster on the Homefront of pet overpopulation.
