Mission Statement

The mission of the West Virginia Family Resource Starting Points Centers is to bring together existing early care and education services at a single location such as a school or other neighborhood building. This comprehensive approach provides: An increase to accessibiity of service, family support and education and integrates early care and education services.

Description

Preston County Starting Points provides a once a week, free, open-eligibility educational Playgroup to families with children, birth to five. We currently serve 60+ children and their families. We also operate a Baby Pantry for emergency supplies of baby food, diapers, clothing, etc.
