To help raise funds to combat childhood cancers, the debilitating effects associated with its treatment and to advance research towards the eradication of this devastating disease.

Description

On Sunday, June 2nd, the Karyn Research Fund will be holding its 6th Annual Kilometers for Karyn, a 5KM run & walk event in support of childhood leukemia & pediatric cancer. The Karyn Research Fund has committed itself to supporting the research program of The Hackensack University Medical Center by raising $250,000. Grants from The Karyn Research Fund will be utilized to establish Pediatric Genetic Oncology laboratories.
