When I was younger, I was having a difficult time. After my Mom passed away when I was 12, things just were not the same. My Dad is a hero in my eyes, for taking on all of us three kids. Although he may be the best parent I could have ever asked for... He still wasn't my Mom. I needed an older female in my life to look up to, someone who could kind of play the role of a big sister and even somewhat of a mother figure. Until the end of time, no one can ever replace my Mom, but having a big sister sure helped fill in the gap. That's why I want to be a big sister. I want to give a little girl the same gift that was given to me.
